Radostin A. Pachamanov, Ph.D.

Radostin A. Pachamanov, Ph.D. is a director at Elysium Digital, specializing in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trade secret, and copyright cases. He has consulted on a diverse set of matters, involving a large variety of software and hardware technologies. His work has encompassed infringement analysis, invalidity charting, claim construction, prior art searching, software code analysis in languages like Assembly, Java, C, and C++, and reverse engineering.

Radostin has more than a decade of industry experience and broad technical expertise with a focus on telecommunications engineering, including topics such as mobile networks (LTE, UMTS, GSM, CDMA, WiFi, and WiMAX), fixed broadband networks, telecommunication protocols, OSS/BSS, TV platforms and standards, and technical surveillance equipment such as sensors, radars, and thermal imaging cameras.

He received a B.Sc., Eng., with honors in telecommunications networks and a Ph.D. in telecommunications engineering from Technical University of Sofia (Bulgaria).

Prior to joining Elysium Digital, he worked for Ericsson as a solution architect in its Billing Fulfillment Assurance, TV & Media Management, and System Integration business segments. At Ericsson, he also served as an account manager for major telecom carriers, responsible for offerings covering the complete portfolio of Ericsson products and solutions.
