Christian B. Hicks External Testifying Expert

Expert Testimony

Christian Hicks co-founded Elysium Digital in 1997 and served as its president until Elysium's acquisition by Stroz Friedberg in 2015. Christian has stepped back from full time employment with Elysium and now acts as an independent consultant. Christian has advised clients on more than 150 matters relating to intellectual property and computer forensics, including landmark cases such as U.S. v. Microsoft. His extensive experience as a testifying expert has included federal court testimony, numerous expert reports and affidavits, and depositions in several cases.

Before co-founding Elysium Digital, Christian worked as a consultant for the AT&T Consumer Lab, where he developed data mining techniques and researched Internet programs and protocols. He co-invented several patents on systems for unlocking remote electronic data.

Christian's undergraduate research at Princeton focused on artificial intelligence and earned him the Computer Science Senior Prize. He was also inducted into Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society.
