History

In 1997, Christian Hicks and Peter Creath were contracted to assist the Department of Justice and David Boies in U.S. v. Microsoft. Since that first exposure to technology litigation consulting, Hicks and Creath have honed their skills and expanded their collaboration, hiring trusted experts who have assisted them in numerous technology litigation cases. Since 1997, the company has grown into a firm of approximately 40 people and has served more than 100 clients in over 400 distinct matters.
